This autoclave was inspected inside and out. Then it was ran through it's onboard diagnostic tests to verify the major components were functioning. Then it was disassembled down to the bare chassis, cleaned, rebuilt and refurbished. Removed and rebuilt the Door Latch assembly. Installed a new Reservoir Tank, Drain Hose and Condensation Coil. Installed a new Fill / Vent Valve Manifold Assembly and Air Valve Solenoid. Installed a new Keypad, Door Gasket, Dam Gasket, Heating Element, and Mesh Water Filters. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. Then proceeded to test the sterilizer. Connected it to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and ran the autoclave through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to reach 273 F for an entire cycle.
