This autoclave is a 2017 model with less than 5,800 cycles run on it. It was put through an initial functionality test, to prove that it does indeed work. This sterilizer has both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity options. Once it was proven to operate correctly, it was connected to the internet via it's built in Wi-Fi connection, and it a software feature update was installed into it. As part of this autoclaves inspection and testing, preventive maintenance parts were installed, which include, a new Air Valve Solenoid, Check Valve, Biological Filter, Water Pump, Water Pump Filter, Reservoir Tank Filter and Cap, and a Compressor Air Filter. A new Touch Screen Display was also installed. The sterilizing cassette was also cleaned and a new Cassette Seal was installed. Prior to running test cycles on this sterilizer, the temperature sensors were calibrated. Then this autoclave was tested through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles multiple times. To verify that this unit is achieving it's highest maximum required sterilization temperature, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer and found to exceed 273 F while running a sterilization cycle.
