It was put through an initial functionality test, to prove that it does indeed work. Once it was proven to operate correctly, preventive maintenance parts were installed, which include, a new Air Valve, Check Valve, Biological Filter and Compressor Air Filter. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Water Pump Filter were installed. A powder coated cabinet was installed. The sterilizing cassette and seal were also cleaned. Prior to running test cycles on this sterilizer, the temperature sensors were calibrated. Then this autoclave was tested through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles multiple times. To verify that this unit is achieving it's highest maximum required sterilization temperature, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer and found to exceed 273 F while running a sterilization cycle.
