The federal and district courts of the State of Idaho shall be the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any litigation, dispute resolution, or other proceedings relating to any dispute arising out of the Terms or the use of the Website.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement. If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions of the Terms are to be construed as if the invalid provision had never been included in the terms.

Any failure by Atlas Frontiers d/b/a Usedental.com to exercise any rights related to any breach of the Terms by you, shall not prevent a subsequent exercise of such right by Atlas Frontiers d/b/a Usedental.com and shall not be deemed a waiver by Atlas Frontiers d/b/a Usedental.com. Atlas Frontiers' rights and remedies pursuant to the Terms shall be cumulative, and the exercise of any such right or remedy shall not limit Atlas Frontiers' right to exercise any other right or remedy.
