This autoclave is a 2008 model with 10,800 cycles run on it. It was put through an initial functionality test, to prove that it does indeed work. Once it was proven to operate correctly, it was disassembled down to it's bare chassis and cleaned and then reassembled. To insure the continued future operation of this sterilizer, preventive maintenance parts were installed, which include, a new Water Pump, Air Valve, Check Valve, Safety Valve, and Biological Filter. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Reservoir Cap and Reservoir Filter. The sterilizing cassette was also cleaned and a new Cassette Seal was installed. Prior to running test cycles on this sterilizer, the temperature sensors were calibrated. Then this autoclave was tested through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles multiple times. To verify that this unit is achieving it's highest maximum required sterilization temperature, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer and found to exceed 273 F while running a sterilization cycles.
