It was put through an initial functionality test, to prove that it does indeed work. Once it was proven to operate correctly, it was connected to the internet via it's built in Ethernet connection, and it no software feature updates were found for it. As part of this autoclaves inspection and testing, preventive maintenance parts were installed, which include, a new Water Pump, Air Valve Solenoid, Check Valve, Biological Filter, Water Pump Filter and Compressor Air Filter. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed, and a new Filter and Cap were installed. Also installed into this unit were a new Touch Pad LCD Display and Fascia Gasket. The sterilizing cassette was also cleaned and a new Cassette Seal was installed. Prior to running test cycles on this sterilizer, the temperature sensors were calibrated. Then this autoclave was tested through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles multiple times. To verify that this unit is achieving it's highest maximum required sterilization temperature, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer and found to exceed 273 F while running a sterilization cycle.
