Then I used both the back and front control panels to test the chair lift, its front and back leaning, and the light. At first, it could raise itself, lean back, and turn the light on, but wouldn't go back down or lean forward. Then I added an Adec foot pedal which could control the chair without issue, meaning it was the RJ11 cords connected to the panels that were non-functional, so I removed both of them. Once new cables are added this unit will be fully functional. The cosmetic condition is good, but there is some stains, rust and gunk buildup that I couldn't remove on some of the surface of the unit and the cords. Both stools are in good condition with some marks on their upholstry and frame. -BH
