Prior to function testing this Adec 511 Dental chair with a Adec 532 Delivery it was visually inspected for any damage or missing components that would interfere with units complete desired function. I then attached unit to required 120V power source. Delivery control panel for chair illuminated a clear/legible digital display. All keypad functions respond when interacted with. No complications with chairs hydraulics. Raises/lowers/inclines/reclines with no issues. Upholstery is black vinyl. Delivery is an Adec 532, missing a handpiece lead. Handpiece lead with motor will need replaced. Unit includes junction box, air/water regulator, ethernet cord, wiring harness. FINAL PRODUCT INSPECTION- PASSED/FULLY FUNCTIONAL.
