This autoclave is in like new condition, with the exception of having some scuffs and scratches on the side cabinet panels. It was inspected inside and out and found to be in fully operational condition. A a preventive maintenance procedure a new Door Gasket, Dam Gasket and Safety Valve were installed. To test this sterilizer, it was connected it to a 120 volt power source, distilled water was added to the reservoir tank, and ran the autoclave through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles. This autoclave was proven to be free of leaks during testing, and the chamber door opening operation at the end of a sterilizing portion of a cycle was also proven to work correctly, allowing the autoclave to properly dry items inside the chamber. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to reach 273 F for an entire cycle.
