The top of the unit has some minor creases in it that do not show up in the photographs. This unit is set up with the manual filling option, but DOES NOT come with a Manual Filling Bottle. To test this autoclave, it was connected to a 120 volt power source, it was filled with distilled water via the Manual Filling Bottle, and testing proceeded. This sterilizer was put through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. To insure that it is making it's maximum required sterilizing temperature during a cycle, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to exceed 270 F during a cycle. This autoclave is fully functioning and includes all the accessories to use.
