It was put through and initial functionality test. Then it was thoroughly gone through and any issues that were found were corrected. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Condenser Coil, Safety Valve, Jet Valve and Reservoir Cap were installed. The Sterilizing chamber was cleaned and a Door Seal, Door Bellows and Door Switch were installed. Installed a new Power Switch, and Multi-Purpose Valve. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. THIS AUTOCLAVE REQUIRES A 230 VOLT A/C POWER SOURCE TO MAKE IT RUN CORRECTLY. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS REQUIREMENT BEFORE PURCHASING. To test this autoclave, It was connected to a 230 volt power source, distilled water was added to the reservoir tank, it was then properly leveled of correct chamber filling, and then test cycles were run. This sterilizer was run through cycles of 270 F for 10 minutes and 250 F for 30 minutes several times. To insure that this unit is reaching it's maximum required sterilization temperature during a cycle. It was tested using a Max Register Thermometer and found to exceed 270 F during a cycle.
