THIS AUTOCLAVE REQUIRES A 220 VOLT A/C POWER SOURCE TO MAKE IT RUN CORRECTLY. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS REQUIREMENT BEFORE PURCHASING. To test this autoclave, it was connected to a 220 VOLT power source, distilled water was added and then it was run through some preset sterilizing and drying cycle. to verify that this autoclave is achieving it's maximum required sterilizing temperature, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to reach 273 F during a sterilizing cycle.
